Just -in: Broncos rocked as injury crisis at Red Hill club claims two more Super Stars
Billy Slater has flagged a possible shake-up to the Broncos halves after Ezra Mam’s training injury.
Brisbane has been rocked once again as an injury crisis at the Red Hill club worsens.
Gun backrower Jordan Riki was injured at training on Tuesday and will miss Friday’s derby against the Dolphins.
Delouise Hoeter was also injured on Tuesday and has been ruled out for the season, according to Nine’s Ben Dobbin
Reynolds and Mariner limped off the field during Thursday’s two-point loss to Melbourne.
Young gun five-eighth Ezra Mam also sent a scare through camp when he limped off training on Monday, but it was found to only be a cork.
In much needed welcome news for the Broncos, superstar fullback Reece Walsh was named to return this week from a facial fracture.
It will be just three weeks since Walsh suffered the gruesome injury in a head clash with Panthers centre Taylan May.
Veteran winger Corey Oates has been named to replace Mariner on the wing, while Jock Madden comes in at halfback for Reynolds.
The Broncos will need to find a replacement for Riki, who was named to start in his typical right edge position.
The Broncos and Dolphins clash at Suncorp Stadium on Friday.
