NEWS: ‘What I love the most’ – Lewis Hamilton reveals shock career change plans after huge ‘regret’… Details Below ⬇️

Lewis Hamilton has revealed he is in the process of writing three movie scripts as his post-Formula 1 career continues to take shape.

The 40-year-old set up his film production company, Dawn Apollo, in 2022 to fully focus on feature flicks after he retires from motorsport.
His business was a key aspect in the upcoming F1 movie starring Brad Pitt, with Hamilton working as a producer and consultant.
On Wednesday, the seven-time champion joined his fellow drivers for a private screening of the film in Monaco.

The Brit, who is expected to stop racing whenever his Ferrari tenure ends, has numerous interests outside of F1.
Hamilton has an incredible property portfolio, a $16.5million supercar collection and was co-chair for the 2025 Met Gala.

“I think two of them will be animations and one of them is already in a phase of the first part of the script already, so it’s exciting.

“And then there will be documentaries, there will be maybe a TV series at some stage, but mostly movies. I love the development of movies — that’s what I love the most.”

Having watched the new F1 movie debut, Hamilton admitted he got a kick from seeing his name appear in the credits.

“When you do hopefully watch it, at the beginning you see all the different logos for the different production houses and my one comes up, which I worked on for so long, which is Dawn Apollo, so it comes up with the planetary [logo] that was my idea,” he added.

“So that came up it and it was just amazing to see that, and then quite early on in the film, it starts telling you who produced the movie, and it came up with my name.
“So yeah, I’ve gone in very high, I couldn’t go in any higher for the first movie, but we will be producing more movies over the coming years.”

Hamilton, who had voice acting roles in hit Disney Pixar movies Cars 2 and Cars 3, has missed out on other acting opportunities due to F1’s busy schedule.

The former Mercedes man shared his regret at having to pass on a role in Top Gun: Maverick due to his racing commitments.

He told GQ last year: “Firstly, I hadn’t even had, like, an acting lesson. And I don’t want to be the one that lets this movie down.
“And then secondly, I just really didn’t have the time to dedicate to it. I remember having to tell [director] Joe [Kosinski] and Tom [Cruise], and it broke my heart.

“And then I regretted it, naturally, when they show me the movie and it’s: It could’ve been me! Oh, God, I’m still….”

Hamilton has had the chance to work with Joseph Kosinski since then, with the director overseeing the blockbuster F1 movie.
F1 commentator Alex Jacques exclusively told talkSPORT: “My hope with the F1 movie is that it’s going to put Formula One in front of people who don’t yet know about Formula One and that we’re going to get another wave of new fans as a result.

“We saw what Drive to Survive did. We saw the expanded digital content, making the content more available, as Online did in the last decade.

“All the rushes that we’ve seen look incredible. Hopefully, it’s a classic because the director, the job he did with Top Gun 2 was absolutely outstanding.

“So if it’s like that, hopefully, a whole new wave of fans will find F1.”
